Melisa Saadi is the founder of NSG Agency. Before founding NSG in 2017, she spent nearly two decades operating across digital services, mobile adtech, and management consulting — including roles at Deloitte, where she served Fortune 500 clients including Microsoft, Apple, Berkshire Hathaway, Morgan Stanley, MetLife, and BlackRock; Adikteev, where she ran US business operations for a Paris-headquartered mobile marketing technology firm serving Nike, TikTok, and EA Games; and Valtech, where she scaled the operating infrastructure of a global digital services firm.

She holds an M.S. from Columbia University, is Google-certified in Business Intelligence and Advanced Machine Learning on Google Cloud, and is certified in Microsoft AI & ML Engineering. She operates fluently in English, French, and Arabic.
